How To Inspect Your Home For Termites.
The only way for any home owner to know for sure if they have a termite problem is to place bait stations around your property and inspect them every few days. When there are no termites found in the bait stations this will confirm your house is termite free. Set up your bait stations in May inspect twice a week up to November.
A bait station is a compost bag folded in half then soaked in water. Place a bag of soil over the paper bag then soak the compost bag in a pail of water every 3 days. In order for the yard waste bag to attract termites they must be kept wet. When you find hundreds of feeding termites give Bugs R Us a call to treat the soil with 4 L of Altriset.
